Minutes
Meeting: Monday, March 26, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Town Hall Conference Room
Attending: Kara Buzanoski, DPW Director

Charlie Stott, Madaket Homeowners Association
Ken Giles, Madaket Conservation Association
John Smith, Con. Comm.
Sarah Oktay, Con. Comm. & Umass Extension
1) RPF/IFB:
The Committee discussed that the due date of the IFB is March 29th and agreed
that they would meet the next Monday to review it.
The Committee discussed the letter that Mr. Stott drafted to be sent to private
property owners to allow the Town to treat mosquito breeding areas.
Discussion began on the next RFP for someone (entomologist) to set up the
Mosquito Control program.
2) Legislation:
The Committee discussed the Home Rule petition and Article 76 and the
presentation for Town Meeting.
There was review of educational material from Ken Giles for inclusion in the
Inquirer & Mirror.
The minutes from the last meeting March 12, 2012 were approved.
Meeting was adjourned at 2:50 pm.
Next meeting is April 9, 2012 at 3pm in the Town Hall conference room.
