Minutes
Meeting: Monday, February 27, 2012 at 3:00 PM in the Town Hall Conference Room
Attending: Kara Buzanoski, DPW Director
Charlie Stott, Madaket Homeowners Association
Ken Giles, Madaket Conservation Association
Helene Weld, Board of Health
John Smith, Con. Comm.
1) RPF:
We reviewed info provided to Diane O’Neil by John Smith describing the work
for the bid. Maps were included which were discussed. Wording regarding the testing
and treating was discussed. Several possible vendors were discussed. Kara noted she was
meeting with Diane on Tuesday to go over the bid. Kara will e-mail it to the committee
for their immediate review so that it can go out as soon as possible.
2) Legislation:
The Committee further discussed the cost per thousand that will be put in the
article. Charlie discussed his meeting with the Finance Committee and the questions that
they had. Charlie will draft a handout for Town Meeting that they Committee will review
at the next meeting.
Next meeting will be to meet with Gabi if she is available.
The minutes from the last meeting February 6, 2012 were approved.
Because John and Sarah have Conservation Commission site inspections on the
next Monday meeting times it was agreed to meet at 2pm so that they can do both
meetings.
Meeting was adjourned at 3:50 pm.
Next meeting is March 12, 2012 at 2pm in the Town Hall conference room.
