1.CALL TO ORDER
2.ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA Patty Motions, Richard seconds, all in favor

a.Discuss Town Greenhouse Zoning need to figure out headings, talk to leslie snell, need to decide if
we want to pursue this. Suggest we learn how to interpret zoning. To see if we even need to do
anything. It could backfire. Michelle will find codes and talk to snell, and come back next month.
b.Discuss and review Officer Gales recommended changes to the Livestock Permit setting of fee from
time to time is arbitrary, would have to be changed at 2 public hearings,change to “as stated in fee
schedule” still have to go to public hearing. tracy is not in favor of crow collar and fines. line
should state roosters/fowl , commercial agriculture could not be part of this it, we should suggest a
warning prior to fine being issued. Motion to suggest the following after roosters or fowl 8.02
take out fee and replace with “shall be set forth in fee schedule of board of health”, non compliance
will result in 1 reasonable warning to amend and $25 fine after. Michelle motions, Patty seconds,

c.Gales nuisance bylaw add exemption for commercial ag, adding bird or fowl that disturbs the
peace, bird or fowl, example of parrot, our mission is to protect commercial agriculture, do we

d.Review right to farm bylaw submitted and was on agenda, John and Michelle attended, we didn't
get to talk, chair expressed concerns of conflict, with the permit regs, they suggest do as citizens
article, we did, Dylan is sponsor, he has one change, wants us to definitely forward grievances to ag
