B. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Executive Session is for Purpose 6 [G.L. c. 30A, 21(a)(6)J. The
particular transactions and parcels of real estate are not identified since disclosure of the
property information may have a detrimental impact on the Land Bank's negotiating position
with one or more third parties. The Commission will not reconvene in open session at the
conclusion of executive session.

CALL TO ORDER: 4:00 P.M.
PRESENT: Neil Paterson, Richard Glidden, Kristina Jelleme, Allen Reinhard
ABSENT: John Stackpole.
STAFF PRESENT: Eric Savetsky, Executive Director; Susan Campese, Administrator/Finance
Manager; Marian Wilson, Assistant Administrator.
Architectural Consulting Group ("ACG') & Owners Project Manager ("OPM'), Michael
Josefek and Donald Velozo, and Inquirer and Mirror Reporter, Brian Bushard,• were also
present at call to order.
Brown, Lindquist, Fenuccio & Raber Architect, Kurt Raber and Interior Designer, Susan
Hamilton was present at call to order via video conferencing.
I. CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION:
A. GOLF BUSINESS:
1. Miacomet Golf Course Clubhouse Replacement — Bid Update: Mr. Josefek
reported that one bid was received for the general contracting for construction of the new
Miacomet Golf Course Clubhouse. The bidder was Dellbrook Construction, LLC with a bid
price of $8,093,423.00 which included the alternate work bid for $99,000.00. ACG
acknowledged that the bid came in close to the estimate and recommended the Commissioners
move forward. Commissioner Paterson stated that ACG has been a great addition to the team and
looked forward to continued success throughout the rest of the MGC Clubhouse project. After
some discussion, upon a motion made by Commissioner Reinhard and duly seconded by
Commissioner Glidden, it was unanimously VOTED to accept the bid and award the contract to
Dellbrook Construction, LLC d/b/a/Dellbrook/JKS of Quincy, Massachusetts for the $8,093,423
including the alternate work.
2. Miacomet Golf Course Clubhouse — Design Team Update: Mr. Raber noted
that the revised plans with alternate sitework and elevations were going to be submitted to the
Historic District Commission for review. However, the original HDC approved and stamped plan
will be submitted to the building department to start the permitting process. ACG strongly
encouraged getting the permits filed and target a ground breaking deadline of December 1, 2018.
Mr. Velozo and Mr. Josefek, Mr. Raber and Ms. Hamilton departed the meeting at 4:17 p. m.

B. TRANSFER BUSINESS:

1. Five -Year Domicile and Ownership Compliance — Release of Lien: Upon a
motion made by Commissioner Jelleme and duly seconded by Commissioner Glidden, it was
unanimously VOTED to execute and authorize the issuance of Release of Liens for the following
transfer as a result of the purchaser fulfilling all of the requirements of Section 12, subsection
(-m-):

II. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Upon a motion made by Commissioner Reinhard and duly seconded
by Commissioner Glidden, it was unanimously VOTED to go into executive session to discuss
the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property and rev -ew executive session minutes. A
roll call vote was taken: Glidden —Aye, Jelleme-Aye, Pat rson-Aye, Reinhard -Aye. The
Chairman under Purpose 6 [G.L. c. 30A, 21(a)(6)] de ared that discussion of these matters in
open session may be detrimental to the Land B an" negotiating position and that the
Commission would not reconvene in regular se ion at the conclusion of executive session.
