I. Procedural Business
Call to order at 9:00 am.

4. Preliminary Hearings
A representative from Barcos Y Tacos was there to comment on a recent violation notice
for a third sign, an extra menu. The SAC explained that it exceeds the allowable two signs
for a business. The SAC informed him this is not allowed according to the guidelines. He
will bring this item before the HDC for further discussion
5. Enforcement
Town manager has been notified of downtown business' use of chalk board signs. The
town code states that it is enforceable by the police department as this is a sidewalk
obstruction. $200 fine can be issued to repeat offenders. Continuation discussion of local
business over use of rope lights and umbrella's, without approval.
