14. Preliminary Hearings: N/A
15. Enforcement: The SAC discussed several sign violations, including window signs, umbrella
signs and sandwich boards. Chalk board signs that lean up against buildings on town
property have been an on-going issue. The HDC sent out 11 violation letters via certified
mail since last week. Citations will be sent to a few business'. Flags used for advertising and
multiple parking signs on business lots need to be addressed. Restaurants using accent
lighting in open areas such as underneath awnings is being used more frequendy to attract
customers and need to be addressed.
