WALSH (050-83), the BOARD finds: 1. This is an Application for a SPECIAL PERMIT granting relief from Section 6(B) (Parking requirements) and Section 7(I) ( expansion or alteration of a pre-existing non conform- ing use) of the Zoning By-Law. If granted, the Applicant will change a pre-existing non-conforming multi-family and commercial use to use as a restaurant. 2. Based upon a review of the Application, supporting documents, plans, testimony, letters and a viewing of the site, the BOARD finds that the use of the premises as a restaurant, with the necessarily attendant rehabilitation and improvement of the building, would be in harmony with the general purposes and intent of the Zoning By-Law. The BOARD also finds that relief should be conditioned upon the Applicant limiting the seating capacity to fifty(50) table seats and ten(10) bar stools on the first floor, and twenty(ZO) table seats on the second floor. page 2 CHARLES L. WALSH(050-83) 3. For the reasons and upon the conditions set forth, the BOARD hereby GRANTS the Applicant relief from Section 6(B) and Section 7(I) of the Zoning By-Law by SPECIAL PERMIT, by UNANIMOUS vote.
