Stark - issue order at next meeting. c. Long Pond Realty - voted to issue Order pending proper match up of DEQE file member with project. 4. Determinations: a. Cranberry Construction - L. The Commission reviewed a letter from the Vice - Chairman to MEPA concerning the necessity for a ful1 EIS for the proposed generating plant at the Airport. b. Two letters from Mr. Lovelace and Jeff Benoit concerning the proposed Commercial Pier were read. A general discussion concerning the Pier fol10wed. c. A Superceeding Order of Conditions from DEQE for the Sharp project at Polpis was read. It was noted that the Order essential1y upheld the Commissions original Order with the exception of a few extra constraints.
