SPeed limit be set for the Cliff Road area. Board voted to have this included in the survey o£ streets to be Considered for adjusted speed limits. Haley Chairman Board received a letter'of resignation from Mr;' Howard Jelleme as a member of the Finance Committee and voted to forward a letter of appre, ciation~ , to him for his years of service. , Letter from Gloria Swain Betz asking how owners of proper%y zoned "Forever Wild" can be reimbursed for loss of proper%y value. Beard voted to inform Ms." Betz the Kennedy Bill' revisions are being discussed and if she ~dll indicat, where her proper%y is,' we can tell her more about the category. ~e Board of Selectmen, Town counsel ~oglia*"members of the Planning Board,' members of the Madaket Conservation Assn., .the Building Inspector, met with Mr. Lindsey Perr~ and his attorney to discuss construction at Madaket by the Madaket Realty Trust ~nd compliance with the State' Sanitar~ Code in re~ard to inst~llation of septic tsmks and wh~t compliance was necessar~ to meet the zoning regulations. One problem discussed was a report of ~acceptable water s~ple taken from the ~ea of %~ite Goose Cove ~d the necessity, of ha~ng tests made to discover the source. Do~ld Visco offered to assist ~th dye tests to locate the source of pollution.
