Board Members: Barry G. Rector (Chairman), Linda Williams (Vice- Chairman), Nathaniel Lowell, Joseph Marcklinger
(absent), and John Trudel, III
Alternates: Carl Borchert and David Callahan
Staff: Andrew Vorce (Planning Director), Leslie Snell (Deputy Director of Planning), and Holly Backus (Land Use
Specialist), and Catherine Ancero (Administrative Specialist) (absent)
I. Call to order:
Chairman Rector called the meeting to order at 5PM.
II.Approval of the agenda:
Ms. Williams made a motion to approve the agenda, duly seconded and voted 5 -0 in favor.
III. Previous Plans:
#7684 Pippen's Way, Form J Release (Lot 15)
Ms. Williams made a motion to endorse the Form J and release lot 15, duly seconded and voted 5 -0 in
favor.
IV. Public Hearings:
• #7918 Richmond Great Point Development, LLC — 42, 48, & 54 Skyline Drive & 20 Davkim
Lane, action deadline 11- 30 -16, CONTINUED TO 10 -13 -2016
