EXHIBIT "A"
Applicant has owned the property in question since 1955 and
has not, from 1955 until the present time, owned any contiguous
property. The Lot in question is subject to the jurisdiction of
the Nantucket Conservation Commission and the building envelope
which the Commission has established, will require the Applicant's
single family dwelling to be constructed within ten (10) feet of
the front property line. Therefore, Applicant seeks a variance,
pursuant to Ch. 139, s.32A, to allow a ten (10) foot front yard
setback rather than the 35 foot setback required by Ch. 139, s. 16
of the Zoning By -law.
