Applicant's current use per relief granted at the September 13, 1991 Meeting is as follows: 1) 2 Retail stores on the first floor for a total of 623 sq. ft. 2) 1 Apartment and 1 office on the second floor for a total of 761 sq. ft. 3) Parking relief for a total of 7 spaces based on the above uses.
