The premises are located at 142 OLD SOUTH ROAD, Assessor's Map 69, parcel 61, as shown on Land Court Plan 26,984 - J, Lot 27. The property is zoned RC -2. 2. Our decision is based upon the application and documents filed therewith, the testimony and evidence presented at the hearing, no letters or testimony in opposition, and a favorable recommendation from the Planning Board. 3. The proposed uses, for motor vehicle storage, maintenance, repair, sale and /or rental, and /or general light manufacturing and storage are all Special Permit uses under §139 -9B of the Zoning Bylaw and the Board finds that they are not inherently in violation of §139 -7E(4) of said Bylaw. 4. The premises are not within the Public Wellhead Recharge Overlay District. 5. At present the building is vacant except for two (2) apartments on the second floor and otherwise fully complies with all applicable zoning requirements. 6. The Board finds that the proposed use of the building is not substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the present use and that said proposed uses are in harmony with the purpose and intent of the bylaw.. 7.
