Lee, as contract purchasers, are applying for a Special Permit (Nantucket Zoning By -Law Sec. 139 -30A) to reduce our rear line setback from 10 to 5 feet in an R2 zone. This change would allow us to add a small porch which establishes a single story eave line along the front of the house which serves to reduce its scale. The relief sought is adressed in Section 139 -16C.
