An Appeal from this Decision may be taken pursuant to

filing an complaint in court within TWENTY (20) days after

Streets, Nantucket, MA, on Friday, August 17, 1990 at 1:00

parking spaces, and applicant has submitted a
plan prepared by a Registered Land Surveyor
showing four (4) 9x2d parking spaces. Applicant
is also providing the requisite loading area
which is in compliance with the zoning by -law.
4. At the hearing, no one spoke in opposition of the
requested relief nor was there any
correspondence. The Planning Board's
recommendation was favorable.

A public hearing of the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held
on Friday, August 17, 1990, at 1:00 P. M. in the Town and County
Building, Broad Street, Nantucket, Massachusetts, on the
