NOTICE
A public hearing of the Board of Appeals will be held
on Friday, December 9, 1988, at 1:06 p.m. in the Town
and County Building, Nantucket, on the Application of:
EDWARD and JACQUELINE S. HARRIS
Board of Appeals File No.113 -88
seeking a Special Permit under Section 139 -33A to alter
and extend their secondary dwelling (the cottage
"Starfish "), said to pre -date 1972 zoning, by constructing
a 425 -SF single -story addition wrapped around the easterly
end without change in the present intrusion into the
required 30 -front yard setback and without decreasing the
setback from the southerly side -yard lot line.
The premises are at 27 Hinckley Lane, Assessor's
Parcel 30 -103, Land Court Plan 11929 -C, Lot 2, zoned
Residential -2.
