NOTICE
A Public Hearing of the BOARD OF APPEALS will be held on
FRIDAY, JUNE 17, 1988 at 1:30 p.m. in the TOWN AND COUNTY
BUILDING, FEDERAL AND BROAD STREETS, NANTUCKET, on the Appli-
cation of DANIEL P. O'KEEFE for himself as buyer under contract
and JANE T. LAMB, as quitclaim seller, under contract (058 -88)
seeking a VARIANCE from the 35 -foot front -yard setback require-
ment of SECTION 139 -16A to reduce the setback from Wanoma Way
(aka Atlantic Blvd.) to 10 feet to allow construction per
BP 6029 -88 of a two -story single - family dwelling with approxi-
mately 1092 SF of ground cover on an undersized 5000 SF lot,
said to be a buildable lot of record. The premises are locate
at 20 WANOMA WAY AND MAYHEW ROAD in Tom Nevers, Assessor's
Parcel 92.4 -213, Sec. A of Land Court Plan 5004 -D, Lot 147,
zoned LIMITED USE GENERAL -3.
