application of PAUL BRUCE KILLEN ( (02'7

PERMIT under Zoning By -Law Section 139 -33.A (Alteration of a
Pre - existing Non - conforming Structure) to allow alteration of
a single- family dwelling, claimed to pre -exist the zoning by -law,
by expanding the structure upward within the required five -foot
side-yard setback. The premises are located at 361 CLIFF ROAD
(Assessor's Parcel 42.4.4 -38), Plan Book 17, Page 150, and
