A Public Hearing of the BOARD OF APPEALS will be held on
M010AY, MARCH 2$, 1988 at 1:30 p.m. in the TOWN AND COUNTY
BUILDING, FEDERAL AND BROAD STREETS, NATUCKET on the Application
of MARK F. DOLAN, TRUSTEE of 48 CENTER STREET REALTY TRUST
(0,0 -88) appealing from the decision of the Building Inspector
denying the conversion of approximately 1,200 square feet of the
existing guest house to office use and seeking a SPECIAL PERMIT
pursuant to section 139 -18G to waive any additional required
off - street parking spaces. The premises are located at 48
