I will forward the certified list of abutters and mailing labels to you next week, when I receive the certified list from the Town Assessor. The basis for this variance application is that Mr. Bloomberg's property is bounded on its easterly side by the Sconset bluff and there is a severe erosion problem which requires the relocation of the existing dwelling into the thirty foot frontyard setback area. The proposed relocation would site the William Sherman, Chairman December 30, 1987 Page Two dwelling twenty feet from the westerly (front) boundary line.
