A Public Hearing will be held on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21,
1986 at 1:30 p.m. in the TOWN AND COUNTY BUILDING, FEDERAL AND
BROAD STREETS, NANTUCKET, on the Application of PHILIP M.
JEKANOWSKI AND ELIZABETH D. COLLIER (132 -86) seeking a SPECIAL
PERMIT under SECTION 139 -33A or in the alternative a VARIANCE
under SECTION 139 -16 of the Zoning By -Law. If granted, Appli-
cants would be permitted to alter and extend a non - conforming
use and structure, said to pre -exist 1972 zoning by converting
an existing garage with 13 -foot front -yard setback into a 1 1/2
story single - family residence. The premises are located at
3 POND ROAD, Assessor's Parcel 56- 151.1, Lot 132, Land Court
Plan 14830 -7 in the RESIDENTIAL -2 zoning district.
