NOTICE
A Public Hearing of the BOARD OF APPEALS will be held
on Monday, November 3, 1986, at 1:30 P.M., in the TOWN AND
COUNTY BUILDING, FEDERAL AND BROAD STREETS, NANTUCKET, on the
Application of A. GRAHAM STERLING and JUDITH A STERLING (ILF -86),
seeking a VARIANCE from ,Nantucket Code §139 -16.A (Intensity
Regulations - Ground Cover Ratio) . If granted the applicants
would be permitted to construct a house and appurtenant struc-
tures with ground cover of 3,143 square feet, for a ground
cover ratio of 2.06 %; 0.5% is the maximum permitted by the
by -law. The premises are located at 35 WEST MIACOMET ROAD
(Assessor's Parcel 81- 72.1) , Land Court Plan 17368 -L, Lot 34,
and are zoned MOORLANDS MANAGEMENT.
