A Public Hearing of the BOARD OF APPEALS will be held on
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 1986 at 1:30 p.m. in the TOWN AND COUNTY
BUILDING, FEDERAL AND BROAD STREETS, NANTUCKET, on the Application
of RICHARD B. CORKISH, SR. (120 -86) seeking a VARIANCE from the
limit upon ground cover ratio set by SECTION 139 -16A to construct
a new single - family residence while keeping an existing carpentry
