NOTICE
A Public Hearing of the BOARD OF APPEALS will be held on
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 1986 at 1:30 p.m. in the TOWN AND COUNTY
BUILDING, FEDERAL AND BROAD STREETS, NANTUCKET, on the Applica-
tion of E. CROSBY WILLETT (104 -86) seeking a VARIANCE from
SECTION 139 -16A (Intensity Regulations) to permit construction
of a dwelling and garage in the northwest corner due to alleged
unbuildability of most of lot due to soil conditions. The pro-
posed structure would infringe upon the frontyard setback.
The premises are located at 6 MONOMOY CREEK ROAD, Assessor's
Parcel 54 -148 in the LUG -I zoning district.
