Reason for asking relief: Applicants cannot expand their existing dwelling as
anticipated when they purchased the premises and entered into the covenant because a _
contractual dispute with a neighbor has prevented them from being able to acquire
the necessary additional land. Applicants desire to start a family and need addi-
tional space. Their inability to sell the premises because they are encumbered by
the covenant constitutes a personal S' a t e o ap icant
and financial hardship.
