Yi to BUILDING INSPECTOR TOWN BUILDING ANNEX 2 EAST CHESTNUT STREET NANTUCKET, MASSACHUSETTS 02554 Richard J. Glidden, Atty. 37 Centre Street Nantucket, MA 02554 Dear Richard: Telephone 228 -0588 March 13, 1986 Re: Stone Barn Inn Building Permits I cannot issue Foundation Permits on these two new lots because there are too many "loose ends." One is that the lots aren't released yet, another is phasing, another is that they should be put in the CAP under the "Rate of Development" part of the Zoning Bylaw but can't be as the lots aren't released yet. We also find a lower number of total dwelling units on the property than what was submitted to the Planning Board and these kinds of arguments are what you make to the Board of Appeals if you want to. I suggest that a temporary fence be put up to keep people and animals ait of the area of the new houses. Very truly yours,'., CL Carl F. Borchert Building Inspector CFB:AH
