A Public Hearing of the BOARD OF APPEALS will be held
on Friday, December 13, 1985, at 1 :30 P.M. in the TOWN AND
COUNTY BUILDING, FEDERAL AND BROAD STREETS, NANTUCKET, on the
Application of VICTORIA TAYLOR HAWKINS (on behalf of herself
and NANTUCKET HISTORICAL ASSOCIATION as contract purchaser)

115"-85) seeking a SPECIAL 'PERMIT under §139 -22.H (Employer
Dormitory), and a VARIANCE granting relief from a covenant
signed pursuant to §139 -27.F. If granted, the applicant would
be permitted to convert a dwelling unit to use as an employer
dormitory, and to rent the unit for seasonal occupancy in the
fall, winter and spring. The premises are located at 8 ALLEN'S
LANE, Assessor's Parcel 55 -234 (Lot 55, Plan Book 21, Page
108), and are zoned RESIDENTIAL -10.
