A Public Hearing of the BOARD OF APPEALS will be held on
FRIDAY, AUGUST 23, 1985 at 1:30 p.m. in the TOWN AND COUNTY
BUILDING, FEDERAL AND BROAD STREETS, NANTUCKET, on the Applica-
tion of DAVID AND PAMELA SAYRE (074 -85) seeking a SPECIAL PERMIT
under SECTION 139 -33 and, in the alternative, a VARIANCE with
respect to ground cover requirements of Zoning By -Law SECTION
139 -16A and /or C. If granted, Applicants would be able to com-
plete renovation and expansion of an existing house with added
ground cover. The property is located at 11 WEYMOUTH STREET,
LOT 002, PLAN BOOK 17 -59 and zoned RESIDENTIAL OLD HISTORIC.
