A Public Hearing of the BOARD OF APPEALS will be held on
FRIDAY, AUGUST 2, 1985 at 1:30 p.m. in the TOWN AND COUNTY BUILDING,
FEDERAL AND BROAD STREETS, NANTUCKET, on the Application of DAVID
AND CAROLE MENDELSOHN (069 -85) seeking a SPECIAL PERMIT or in the
alternative a VARIANCE under SECTION 139- 16,4(intensity regulations)
of the Zoning By -Law. If granted, the Applicants would be able to
construct an addition onto an existing dwelling on a lot that does
not have the minimum lot frontage required. The property is located
