A Public Hearing of the BOARD OF APPEALS will be held
on FRIDAY, JULY 12, 1985 at 1:30 p.m. in the TOWN AND COUNTY
BUILDING, FEDERAL AND BROAD STREETS, NANTUCKET, on the Applica-
tion of ROBERT BOWMAN (059 -85) seeking a SPECIAL PERMIT, or in
the alternative a VARIANCE under SECTION 71 (codified as Sec-
tion 139 -33) and SECTION 6B (codified as Section 139 -18) of
the Zoning By -Law. If granted, the Applicant would be able to
extend and use 5 efficiency
units for rental. The property is located at the CORNER OF
EASTON STREET AND NORTH BEACH STREET, LOTS 42 -41 -35 and is
zoned LIMITED COMMERCIAL.
