PORTER (031 -85) of Jamaica Plains, MA 02130. 1. Applicant seeks a SPECIAL PERMIT under SECTION 7C.f and j (codified as Section 139 -27F and .1, Rate of Developement or Building Cap) of the Zoning By -Law. The property subject to the section 139 -27 F convenant is located at 90 SURFSIDE ROAD, Plan No. 37210 -C, Lot No. 14 in the RESIDENTIAL -10 District. If the requested relief is granted, Applicant would be able to sell the pro- perty without assumption of the covenant by the buyer. 2. The Application was heard at our Public Hearin'; of 'lay 3, 19,�_) and continued to "]ay 24, 1985 for presentation of further evidence of hard- ship. Applicant, through his sister, submitted his letter of 5/15/85 with the particulars of his financial hardship and reasons includi_ n2' business f.:lilure for his <<iove from Nantucket after 10 years residency.
