A Public Hearing of the BOARD OF APPEALS will be held
on FRIDAY, MARCH 29, 1985 at 1:30 p.m. in the TOWN AND COUNTY
BUILDING, FEDERAL AND BROAD STREETS, NANTUCKET, on the
Application of NANTUCKET WHALER ASSOCIATES (030 -85) seeking a
SPECIAL PERMIT under SECTION 6B (parking requirements) of the
Zoning By -Law. If granted, the Applicant would be relieved of
the parking requirements relating to the proposed creation of
a small retail shop with 651 square feet of gross floor space
in the subject premises which are located at 8 NORTH WATER
STREET, LOT 092, PLAN 4242 and known as the NANTUCKET
WHALER (a guest apartment house of 10 units) and zoned
RESIDENTIAL - COMMERCIAL.
