A Public Hearing of the BOARD OF APPEALS will be held
on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 1985 at 1:30 p.m. in the TOWN AND
COUNTY BUILDING, FEDERAL AND BROAD STREETS, NANTUCKET, on the
APPLICATION OF SAMUEL STARK (010 -85) seeking a SPECIAL PERMIT
under SECTION 4B.1 (permitted uses) of the Zoning By -Law. If
granted, the Applicant would be permitted to construct an
additional structure on his property for the purposes of oper-
ating a catering service from the premises. The building would
be for cold and dry storage and house a business related
"industrial kitchen." The property is located at 37 MILLBROOK
ROAD, LOT 56, PLAN 314 and is zoned RESIDENTIAL -2.
