A Public Hearing of the BOARD OF APPEALS will be held
on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 1984 at 1:30 p.m. in the TOWN AND
COUNTY BUILDING, FEDERAL AND BROAD STREETS, NANTUCKET, on the
Application of FOUR SEASONS ASSOCIATES - JOSEPH BURROWS, GENERAL
PARTNER (093 -84) seeking a SPECIAL PERMIT under SECTION 7I
(change, alteration, expansion of a pre- existing non - conforming
use) of the Zoning By -Law. If granted, the Applicants would be
permitted to add two year -round one bedroom apartments in what
was formally the carpentry shop and storage garage on property
that presently contains six existing apartments. The owners wish
to renovate, repair and expand the property located at 85 ORANGE
