GLOWACKI ON BEHALF OF A. PRESTON MANCHESTER (051 -84), the BOARD finds: 1. This is an Application for a SPECIAL PERMIT under Section 6 (F) (8) (employer dormitories) of the Zoning By -Law. If granted the Applicant would be able to establish and main- tain a dormitory type housing unit for employees of a hotel complex owned by A. Preston Manchester and Sons, Inc. to be known as th "Nobadeer Inn." The property is located off Macy Lane Extension (Miller's Way), Lots 37 and 38, Land Court Plan 16514 -N and is zoned Residential-1. 2. The by -law permits this use by SPECIAL PERMIT. 3. Based upon a review of the Application, supporting documents, plans, testimony, letters and a viewing of the site, the BOARD finds that the use of the premises as and for a dormitory type housing unit and manager's quarters, as speci- fied in the Planning Board-Special Permit number 1 -84, dated May 22, 1984, would be in harmony with the general purposes and intent of the Zoning By -Law. In particular, space for no less than twelve(12) employees and on -site manager's quarters are to be provided. 4. For these reasons and upon the conditions set forth, the BOARD hereby GRANTS the Applicant relief as provided in Section 6 (F) (8) of the Zoning By -Laws by SPECIAL PERMIT, by UNANIMOUS vote.
