discussion of funding a housing production plan (estimated cost of
bW.00). It will outline specific ways to get to the production of the unit
initiative of draft items that they can move forward with.
z made a motion to move forward with creating a housing production plan,
by Brian Sullivan and voted 6 -0 in favor.
Board discussed lease arrangements, a minimum of six months period with leasee, Nate
Roberts. A brief discussion of policy, responsibility maintaining property and dollar amount in
regards to lease terms. Tobias Glidden questioned in regards to future affordable housing be
built. Brian Sullivan asked Nate Roberts agreeable of six months rotating terms. Nate Roberts
no issue with lease terms, he said would be out by first of year.
There was negotiation of lease amount of $1500. Mr. Sullivan stated that it seems light for
marketing. Chairman Linda Williams okay with $1500.00 for lease. Mr. Sullivan stated that he
feels that it might be worth more than that and will be more than happy to look at property.
Brian Sullivan will be viewing property after meeting and report back. Town Counsel will put
lease together once everything is in place.
■ Review plan of property at Surfside Road and Bartlett Road
Discussed and reviewed plan presented and concept. There was mention of future round-
about, where it may go. June 24th meeting the Board of Selectmen will be laying out
Bartlett Road along new line mentioned. One issue is portion of building goes over onto
the next door lot, thinking initially demolish building however a lot of mechanicals so for
now it will stay. There was a brief discussion of giving a non exclusive easement to
abutting property. Andrew Vorce asked Board if agreeable with the concept. Kara
Buzanoski made a motion to accept the non exclusive easement (concept plan), duly
seconded by Tobias Glidden and voted 6 -0 in favor.

Andrew Vorce mentioned to Board that there will be a housin orkshop up for
those who may be interested in attending at Debbons. need to , kn who is
attending so cost could be covered.

Tobias Glidden stated that the Board on discusse d are trying to
