Pursuant to Section 139 -30.I, said relief shall expire two years from the date of issuance, or at midnight on July 29, 2015. Due to extenuating circumstances, the applicant has been unable to commence with the work approved in said Decision and has requested a six -month Extension. An EXTENSION to Zoning Administrator Decision No. 28 -13 is herewith granted to January 29, 2016. This Extension will have no affect on the content of the relief contained in the Decision. Upon review of the application submitted by the Applicant, it was determined by the Zoning Administrator that pursuant to Nantucket Zoning Bylaw Section 139- 33.A.(3)(a), the proposed alterations to the structure do not increase the nonconforming nature of said structure. 2. The Applicant, is proposing to alter.the preexisting noncon =ormina structure (dwelling) by constructing an addition to the western (rear) and southern (side) sides of the existing dwelling. A porch connecting the two additions is also proposed. The proposed addition will meet the side and rear yard setback requirements of 5 feet. The ground cover will be expanded from 14.3% to 22.9 %, in a district that allows up to 30 %. 3. The structure (dwellings on the Locos is preexisting nonconiformirg with respect to the front yard setback with the structure being sited as close as 4.9 feet from the front yard lot line and the stoop being sited 0.6 feet over the front lot line and the northerly side yard setback with the structure being sited as close as 1.7 feet from the side yard lot line. 4. Based on the plan entitled, "Plan to Accompany Zoning Board of Appeals Application at #36 North Liberty Street in Nantucket, MA" prepared by Bracken Engineering, Inc. dated July 1, 2013, attached hereto as "Exhibit A" the Zoning Administrator finds that the proposed alterations will not increase the nonconforming nature of the structure on the Locus.
