Meeting called to order at 6:50 p.m, following an Open Session meeting.

The following is a summary of topics and actions; it is not intended to be
a transcript.
a. Review, and unanimous consent to release, the Executive Session Minutes of
January 17, 2012.
b. Discussion on negotiation strategy with non -union personnel and collective
bargaining with union personnel in order to accomplish a reduction in workforce
due to budgetary constraints. Target payroll savings of $500k for FYI budget
through retirements and elimination of two positions, as well as salary freeze for
non -union personnel. Also, wage freeze for union personnel subject to
negotiation.
