Meeting called to order at 7:10 p.m. following an Open Session meeting.

The following is a summary of topics and actions; it is not intended to be a transcript
Dolan: Updated the Commission concerning former employee Pamela Bell. He is
expecting her attorney Rhoda Weinman to file a discrimination claim with the
Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD).

Dolan: Updated the Commission concerning former employee Bruce King. As a
member of the union, Bruce may file for arbitration. Depending on how his position was
established and classified, he may be eligible to bump an existing custodian. Dolan will
do more research and report back.
