Nantucket Memorial Airport Commission Executive Session — May 8, 2012
The meeting took place at Town of Nantucket's Community Meeting Room, First Floor,
4 Fairgrounds Road, Nantucket.

The following is a summary of topics and actions; it is not intended to be a trascnpr%
Dolan: Updated the Commission concerning former employee Pamela Bell. Her
attorney Rhoda Weinman has asked for a settlement payment of 6- months salary, or she
will file a discrimination claim with the Massachusetts Commission Against
Discrimination (MCAD).
Dolan: Updated the Commission concerning former employee Bruce King. Bruce may
be willing to accept 2 -years worth of health insurance. Dolan will investigate with Town
HR Director Pat Perris, and report back.
