Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. following an Open Session meeting.
The following is a summary of topics and actions; it is not intended to be a transcript.
Dolan: Updated the Commission concerning former employee Bruce King. Bruce may
be willing to accept 2 -years worth of health insurance. Dolan will investigate with Town
HR Director Pat Perris, and report back.
Gasbarro: Motion to authorize Dolan to go up to $20k to settle, but to start negotiations
at $15k.
