Meeting called to order at 6:35 p.m. following an Open Session meeting.
The following is a summary of topics and actions; it is not intended to be a transcript.
Drake: Updated the Commission concerning former employees Bruce King & Pam Bell.
Bruce King may be seeking to claim a union position based on seniority, which will
likely result in bumping another employee. Dolan will increase settlement offer to $20k
as previously authorized by the Commission. Dolan made an offer to Pam Bell via her
attorney Rhoda Weinman of $12k to settle, and is waiting to hear back.
