Meeting called to order at 6:40 p.m. following an Open Session meeting for tiie purpose
ofl.
a. Review ES minutes of 3/1112,3/13/12,3/27/12,4/3/12,4/19/12,4/26112,5/8/11,
5/22/12 and 6112112 for possible release, and 6/26/12 for approval and possible release.
b. To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation, which if
held in open session may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigation
The following is a summary of topics and actions; it is not intended to be a transcript.
1). Consensus: Hold the Executive Session minutes for future meeting
2). Update on Bruce King: Manager working with Town Labor Counsel Jack Dolan to
reach a settlement. Will meet again next week, with a report at a future meeting.
3). Update of Pam Bell: She has a concern with the release agreement. Town Labor
Counsel Jack Dolan to work toward solution, with a report at a future meeting.
4). Union Contract: Chairman Drake suggests leaving last year of current contract as is,
and consider beginning negotiations of the next contract at 0 %, which he will review with
Dolan.
