Meeting called to order at 6:20 p.m. following an Open Session meeting for th4urf8se

a. Review ES minutes of 3/l/12,3/13/12,3/27112,4/3/12,4/19/12,4/26/12, A /11,
5/22/12 and 6/12/12 for possible release, and 626/12 & 7/10/12 for approval and possible
release.
b. To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation, which if
held in open session may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigation
1). Consensus: Hold the Executive Session minutes for future meeting. Town Labor
Counsel Jack Dolan checking to see if we need to keep on the agenda for release, and
when to appropriately release.
2). Update on Bruce King: Nothing to report.
