Meeting called to order at 6:40 p.m.
following an Open Session meeting for the purpose
of
a. Review past ES minutes for
approval and possible release.
b. To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation, which if
held in open session may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigation
1). Consensus to not release Executive Session Minutes due to pending matters.
2). Former employee Bruce King has filed for arbitration. Matter remains pending.
Three options for arbitration: Expedited, Standard and 3" Party . Tom Rafter
recommends using a third party.
Topham: Motion: Move forward with third party arbitration.
