a. Review past ES minutes for approval and possible release. m w

b. To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation, which if
held in open session may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigation
1). Consensus to not release Executive Session Minutes due to pending matters.
Forward minutes to Counsel Dolan for review.
2). Former employee Bruce King has filed for arbitration, but may accept settlement
offer.
Topham: Motion: Maintain/Extend formerly offered $20k settlement subject to
release of all claims against the Town.
