Roggeveen called to order at 9:04 a.m.
11. PUBLIC COMMENTS

HL APPROVAL OF MIN LTI'S
I. September 25, 2012 (adopted October 30)
2. October 30, 2012 — Adopted by unanimous consent
IV. STATUS REPORT ON THE 1,Y2012 AUDIT
Dickinson — Audit is done. Received the SEFA and Management Letter which need to be reviewed; then
Finance respond to any comments. Have Wannacomet Water Company single audit; waiting on Airport
single audit. Due date for the audit itself was Nov. 1. Free cash has been certified by Department of
Revenue.
Roggeveen — Finance to do a press release ready before the holiday week.
Weiner — In regards to the Management letter, there is not much on it which requires a response.
None one present can speak to that.
Roggeveen — Okay with RIP as written.
Motion to Approve REP for auditor. (Atherton) seconded carried Unanimously
Roggeveen — Would like a meeting with Finance and Town Administration about present auditor.
