Dear Mr. Cohen:
At its January 9, 2013 meeting, the Board of Selectmen voted to request that
Town Counsel draft a motion to grant the appeal of Gregory and Deborah Mankiw
of Historic District Commission (HDC) disapproval of Certificate of
Appropriateness for 18 Lincoln Avenue, Lot 2. At its January 16, 2013 meeting,
the Board voted to approve the attached written decision. The executed decision
was filed at the Town Clerk's office this morning.
