1). Review Executive Session Minutes of March 1, 2012.
Gray: Motion: To approve, but not release the minutes until such time that the pending

2). Review the initial list of Airport Manager candidates with Doug and Annell
Kuelpman, of ADK Executive Search, on conference call.

3). Discussion on workforce reductions due to budgetary constraints. Positions
identified are the Assistant Director of Finance and Terminal Parking Security. Also, a
change for a fall -time FBO position to seasonal.
