Town Labor Counsel Jack Dolan
Meeting called to order at 6:25 p.m. following an Open Session meeting for the purpose
to conduct strategy session in preparation for negotiations with union personnel.
Commissioners Gray and Topham recuse themselves from participation due to the appearance of,
or actual, conflict of interest.
Commissioner Gray left the meeting at 6:29.

V. Other Business:
Mr. Brescher who has been in conversation with Jonathan Silverstein from Town
Counsel's Office about preparing the final 40B permit for Sachem's Path and has a
few questions to ask of the Committee.
